Lord Jesus, you are the light of the world, knocking on my door this morning calling me to follow you on the road to your Kingdom of Peace.
Through the light of your Holy Word in coming weeks, enable us to become peace makers, bringing peace and harmony to our families and neighbours, peace with justice in our society, and an end to war before we celebrate your incarnation again this Christmas.
